Separate
PSRCs are currently established for the regions
of 1) Europe and 2) the United States and Canada.
The Association appoints the members of the respective
PSRCs. The respective PSRCs only have representatives
from companies having carbon black plants in that
region. Each company having carbon black production
plants in a region has the right to be represented
on the appropriate PSRC.
